We have been manufacturing doors since 1951 and presently have two manufacturing facilities, a 100,000-square-foot plant located in South Bend, IN and a 200,000-square-foot plant in Northumberland, PA. Both plants are equipped with the finest and most modern equipment, and use the most up-to-date manufacturing techniques and the highest grade of component material available.
At the very heart of our manufacturing process are our employees, many who have been with us since the beginning. We are very fortunate to have as many dedicated employees as we do; this has spawned the needed professional expertise and skills required to produce a quality product that we are so proud of.
We market our product nation-wide through a network of recognized distributors. The doors are delivered within four to five weeks on our own truck, enabling us to give exact-day delivery.
To give you the finest service available, we have twenty-one regional sales representative offices across the country. Our sales team is very professional and knowledgeable and very capable of consciously serving any of your needs. The other hand of our Sales Service Program is our Customer Service Department, staffed by highly qualified personnel to give immediate response to product information, coordination, pricing, order and delivery status, and computerized quoting.
We remain alert and responsive to opportunity and changes in the industry that will further enhance our role in the market. We are in the process of adding Sound Rated Doors to our line.
We have free-of-charge brochures, specification sheets, prefinished samples, and corner samples, and we welcome plant tours to assist you in marketing our product.
